Meet the Founder
Ryan L. Silver
As the Founder, President, and Executive Director of Rebate America Inc, Ryan Silver has lived the life of a Renaissance Man. Born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love and South New Jersey, he has explored his passions of real estate, title insurance and the lending worlds, and even toiled away with his hands cooking at 3-4 star restaurants in Philadelphia.
Carrying on in the spirit of helping others, including our local communities, local businesses, and American made businesses, he could see the vital economic impact Rebate America, Inc. will have on the U.S. economy. This journey began in early 2020 as everyone watched businesses suffer severely, with many of them unable to recover.
After working closely with the IRS, Rebate America, Inc. was formed, returning USA-made goods and services to the forefront of the U.S. economy.
Our Mission
We are driven to boost the economy by helping local communities and businesses counter the rapidly growing inflation rates. By helping the consumer(s) - being both individuals and businesses - our rebate program issues a 35% rebate on every dollar spent on items made in the USA.
